DRAFT — not reviewed by counsel

Privacy Policy.

This is a structural draft, not yet reviewed by an attorney with privacy-law expertise. Nothing below should be treated as final legal text. Last updated 2026-08-28.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy covers kingdom.onetrinity.co, operated by One Trinity Kingdom, a vertical of One Trinity (onetrinity.co). It does not cover the flagship One Trinity site, One Trinity Ventures, or any product page this site links out to (e.g. Blooming) — each has its own policy.

2. Data we collect

The only form on this site is Build with Us. If you submit it, we collect: your name, organization (optional), email and/or phone number, and the Solutions category you selected. We also record basic attribution (referring page, and a source tag if you arrived via a tagged link) so we know which channel a conversation came from.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics on this site as of this draft. We do not collect payment information — this site does not process payments.

3. How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry: a team member is notified by email and reaches out. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

4. Where it's stored, and how it's kept separate

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that One Trinity also uses for lead capture on its other product pages. Every record from this site is tagged with a kingdom: prefix in code — enforced in our lead-capture function, not by convention — so it is logically separated from leads submitted elsewhere on One Trinity's other sites, and our own admin access can only ever read records carrying that prefix. Email notifications are sent via Brevo, our transactional email provider.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us (see Contact below). [DRAFT: formal request channel, response timeline, and applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD depending on your location) to be confirmed with counsel.]

6. Data retention

[DRAFT: retention period to be defined with counsel. Today, submissions are retained until you request deletion or until we determine they're no longer needed to respond to your inquiry.]

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for organizational contacts (pastors, staff, administrators), not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. [DRAFT: notice mechanism for material changes to be defined with counsel.]

9. Contact
